All my lampshades are made to order and refunds and returns are not possible once the lampshades have been made and shipped. Do contact me via the contact form hello@annabelsbazaar.co.uk  if you are not sure which shade size will best meet your needs or if you have any concerns with your purchased lampshade.

Drum and coolie lampshades are made with flame retardant linings. The use of low energy bulbs or eco bulbs (max 60W) is recommended with your lampshades. Low energy bulbs use less energy and are cool to the touch, avoiding the problem of scorching shades.

Please note that if a Gift Voucher is purchased with a discount code then the recipient will not be able to use a discount code when redeeming the voucher,

Please note there may be a slight colour variation between fabric batches - please request a swatch if required and do note that the colours aren't always accurately represented on a screen.

 

Annabel’s Bazaar takes no responsibility for damage to lampshades once they are in a customer’s home.

 

LEAD TIMES:

If the lampshades are in stock they will be sent to you in a few working days, do please check availability. I am working at approximately 4 weeks lead time at the moment for bespoke orders, However, I do understand sometimes life can be a bit last minute so if you have an urgent request please contact me and I will always try and accommodate if time allows.

 

POST AND PACKAGING:

This will be calculated at the time of ordering and your parcel will either be sent by Royal Mail or courier,

Delivery is £8.95 for UK orders up to £250 and £12.95 thereafter .

If by chance you are local to Tenbury Wells/Ludlow area you are welcome to collect your order at time that suits us both. Please contact me.

 

Lampshades are wrapped in cellophane and then packaged for posting (I re-use and recycle brown cardboard boxes and stuffing whenever possible for all the obvious reasons)
